Radical Parents Dream School
For those who value freedom, justice, true equality, and communication there is a school for children of all ages that also shares a SINCERE belief and radical dedication to those values. Tired of the lip service in the pamphlets only to find that all the values disappear in the dynamics of the classrooms? You won't be disappointed here. My son has been going for 2 yrs, he's 9 yrs old, and he can't wait to get to school every day. - Victory! , posted 07/31/07

learning=living
This school has changed our family's whole experience with education. My 12yo son is blossoming there, under the gentle guidance and support of staff who are good role models, with the ability to learn in a way that works for him, developing relationships with kids and adults of all ages. It was a scary decision to give up the structure of traditional school, but I am reformed, and hope we never have to go back. I am so pleased that my son is having this experience with school. We love the Village Free School. - Melanie , posted 03/16/06

Live Free and Learn
Ever wished you could do what YOU want in school. Well here it is a new school for 5 - 18 year olds where they get to do just that. Caring staff and amazing community resources are available as well as lots of room to run and play and build. - Catherine , posted 06/14/05
