great park, kid friendly
My 2yr old daughter loves this park, she even has to tell me about it every time we drive past. Nice playground for kids, and other courts (tennis, basketball) and a nice duck pond. - joseph , posted 03/15/06

Refuge in the city
This definatly one of the best parks in portland that i have been to. You can find many people practicing Tai Chi there as well as running, walking and in general having a nice time. Among the bike, foot paths there are many grassy areas to sit, picnic, meditate, or just watch the scenery. There is some nice flat grassy areas next to the beautiful duck pond which is lovely to practice Gung Fu by. Facilities include soccer field, basketball and volleyball courts, two lighted tennis courts and practice board, horseshoe pit, wading pool, playground, picnic tables, electricity, restrooms, paths, and off-leash area (OLA).
