When I went to Patrick, I had no idea what to expect. I hadn't received energy work since I graduated from the HeartRiver Healing School in New York back in 2001. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at first at the depth of his knowledge of the many fields of healing. I then became downright astonished at the places that Patrick took me to during our session. His use of guided meditation, pranic healing, breath techniques, crystals and even scent left me experiencing the deepest shift that energy work has ever brought me to, all within an hour long session. Even now, two days later, I am still reeling at the levels that have been opened in my heart and second chakra. It has allowed me to become clearer in my boundaries and not so dependent on wearing a smiling mask. Patrick has the two things essential for healing work; the motivation to help you create a shift and the tools to get you there. Will I be going back for more sessions? Patrick is an eclectic practitioner. I went for Tibetan alignment work, I got pranic healing and guided meditation and Tibetan alignment and I know not what else. Anyway, however you label it, I had a powerful yet simple insight during the session -- something came unstuck -- which has become a valuable building block for my personal development. In a session with Patrick, I experienced him as very focused, intuitive, knowledgable and effective. In the following days I continued to notice stirrings of surpressed energy, feelings and emotions.
