These guys really know computers. A little sloppy on service---they have always been a day later than promised and voicemail box is full when you need to leave a message. There's a bit of hesitancy with staff to stop work and greet drop-ins. So you might feel like you are interrupting them a bit. But, when they get to your work, you can feel confident that they know what they are doing. - Rene , posted 08/31/07
