I'm leaving Portland for all of June and would love to have someone sublet my room to cover that month's rent. I have two female roommates, a massage therapist and a sustainable landscape designer (she owns the house). Rent is 400$ including utilities, the room would be furnished and you'd get access to the sun/meditation room, beautiful garden, and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub. You should be liberal and easy to get along with, preferably female.
This would be great for someone who's new to Portland, or about to leave, or anyone who needs only a temporary abode. My house is located close to the hip happenings on clinton/division/hawthorne/belmont, and it's a great bike riding area. The house has great vibes and an incredible backyard, a wisteria plant grows right outside my window.
