we currently have about 2000 squ. ft. portioned into 4 individual spaces @ $200/mo.; 3000 squ. ft. open & shared (some unused & in need of rehab'). we will be soon be renegotiating a lease & restructuring management; this is an excellent opportunity for an assertive, business - minded artist to help take the reins of a monumental community development project, and/or for someone who wants to showcase their renewable building skills.
the space is in old town near the crown room, across the street from fong chong @ nw 4th & everette in the historic longshoreman's union hall above a parking lot. we meet on friday evenings for informal chats & jam sessions; this would be a fun time to show you the space (please rsvp me via bhava9@gmail.com so i know what time to expect you).
