room (12x12) in a nice house off of n lombard and n interstate (portland) $375 1st/ last+ bills (h2o gas elec) . i have two dogs already so please NO PETS. front and back yard, hrd wd flrs, washer/dryer, decent size kitchen, 1 bath, large basement. two open minded and relaxed roomies (30's) who are music and art friendly, smoking (outside) meat eaters, non judge mental and pretty clean. i'm a tattooer, he's a musician. we like people who are not uptight, clean up after themselves, reasonably social, and have your rent and bills on time. if this sounds good shoot me a message with your number and i'll call you back asap. i'd like to have the room filled by this nov. 1st
