i need a cool roomie by 1st of june!

i have one room in a 3 bed available right now to whoever is a good fit. $400/mo + $330 dep. gets you in. the house is nice adn the yard is decent. needs some work though. we're thinkin about a garden in the front. there's a big basement with w/d, 1 bath, small but homey kitchen, and nice size living area. we dont have much furniture as of yet, so bring yours! the house is right on the max, bus lines and right by the i-5, (lombard/interstate)

we are 2 dudes, 37 and 27, straight but cool. drink some, smoke some, (cigs outside only), we share some stuff when we feel like it and respect eachothers privacy and space. i own and operate a tattoo shop, am a p/t dad, and have an ample social life which i usually live outside the house. i have two rescued dogs that are very loving but have some quirky needs. vegi foods are great but we like meat in them too.

you are a woman or man, straight or gay, responsible for your self, ontime with rent and have all the move in money when you get here, easy to get along with and single (as in no couple's roomies thanx) you should be a dog lover with no dogs or cats. sorry, no more pets in this house please.
