We have 30,000 square feet in a warehouse in the Woodlawn triangle neighborhood in NE portland.
Our intention is to facilitate creative space for artists featuring a tool library, an event center and an extensive rooftop garden featuring geodesic greenhouse domes and 100,000 seeds and 20,000 seedlings.
We will be sharing the massive space with a box company that makes complete product packaging .
This place has every tool imaginable and more. The spaces for rent are 100 and 5,000 square feet with prices ranging from $1.00 down to .50 cents per square foot. The space will be built to your specs.
