I just got a job at Breitenbush for the summer and am wanting to sublease my apartment while I am gone.
I live near Gladstone and 39th in SE a few blocks from Trader Joe's and major bus routes. The apartment would be fully furnished and has a washer/dryer on site for use. It is a smaller complex with about 20 apartments in it.
I will have to leave my cat behind while working up in the beautiful hotsprings and am willing to pay part of the rent for having her taken care of. She is a 100% indoor cat that has very very good manners and is super cuddly.
Utilities would be extra. Electricity ran about $30-$40 last summer.
If you are interested please email me and we can talk about the details. No felons, drug abusers, or children. No indoor smoking, pets, or late-night loud ruckuses.
