Understands and effectively applies selling and profiling techniques to open, develop, and close sales. Creates product interest, actively cross-sells products, and actively pursues potential customers. Sells Small Business products/services such as deposit products, credit cards, and merchant services, loans/lines, insurance, investment products and leasing. Maintains a good working relationship with Small Business customers. Develops new business with current Small Business customers or prospects, participating in call programs and outside sales opportunities. Refers current or potential Small Business customers to other U.S. Bank products/services. Resolves tier one Small Business customer account problems. Represents the bank in business development and community activities. Participates in civic and community activities to generate visibility and contact for the bank.


Qualifications:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of sales and customer service experience in the financial services industry
