I'm going away for October and need someone to keep my great bedroom warm and loved. It's a good sized room with wooden floors, 2 windows, and simple furniture, in a sweet house with two great housemates, two cats, a garden, trampoline, and lots of houseplants. I pay $475 a month, which includes utilities. I'd like to get as close to that as possible, but can be flexible if you can only pay $350 or $400ish. No extra charges!
Seeking someone ethical, respectful, and easy to get along with. Not recommended for those allergic to cats, into heavy, frequent drinking, late nite loudness, or chemical scents. No pets ( caged pets possible).
It may take me a few days to respond to you, I'm leaving early this morning (Symbiosis!! Yeay!) and returning to cyberspace sometime on Monday.
The sublet is for the month of October, if needed can include part of the first week of November.
Near Lombard and Interstate, a few feet from a bus stop - 4 and 35 lines.
