Room in beautiful Alberta/Cully house

We need a housemate for June 1st. The house is in the Alberta/Cully neighborhood. Rent is $500. with all utilities included-yes with wi-fi. There are 4 people living here, but we all have different schedules, so it doesnt feel too crowded. We already have 2 cats so we cant have any others. The house and garden are beautiful and pretty quiet. We range from vegan to meat eaters, and from avid bicyclists to reluctant gas guzzlers, so as long as you are friendly, open minded and respectful we should get along.
