Well I am almost finished renovating my four bedroom two bath victorian home. Three rooms are available and should be available in three to four weeks. I am into permaculture and am interested in setting up a community house. I envision a garden, maybe some ducks, and roomates with good communication skills and relaxed personalities. I will rent the rooms out individually and I will stay for one year and then the house will continue on it's own. I am looking for people who are interested in creating this situation with me. I am not interested in being in charge. Rent, starting at $625, includes all utilities including wireless internet, local phone, and probably a NY Times sunday subscription. Sorry I don't have photos yet. The house will be painted with warm but not too intense colors. There are fir floors throughout with rejuvenation bathroom fixtures and a few chandeliers.
