Looking for a cozy space to call home

Hey - I'm Bethanie, 24. I'm a piano teacher by day (I teach outside the home), an exotic dancer by night, and I'm into ecstatic dance, drum circles, LoveTribe events, artsy stuff, and whatever silly fun I can get myself into. I'm looking for a moderately spacious room in a house that can accomodate my having a cat and a small upright piano. I'd like to live with conscious, respectful, communicative, 420-friendly, fun roomates. I'm into recycling, composting, and mostly organic foods. My budget is $425-$475 including utilities, and I want to move by May 1st, preferably in NE or close-in SE. I'm also open to searching for a home with others who are seeking housing. Thanks!
