Works as a member of a team in the Personal Custody Services Group. Responsible for assisting senior staff in providing client support on various types of accounts including IRA's, held-for trusts and custody (domestic & global) either with direct contact with clients or through money managers/advisors.
Responsibilities include support in opening new accounts; maintenance of client information; initiation of transactions and addressing routine inquiries. Staff at this level may provide research assistance on all types of issues, they typically defer to more senior staff for guidance and/or resolution.
Qualifications :
Preferred candidate has 2-4 years experience Personal Custody/Securities Industry. Personal computer skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational skills; good written and oral communications skills.
