Provides daily supervision and work direction for the assigned Collectors; average team of 10-12. Directs staff in the efficient resolution of collections in order to reduce exposure and loss and maintain delinquency and loss ratios that are consistent with Bank standards. Directly or through staff, works with delinquent customers to avoid further delinquency. Assists in developing policies and procedures to provide for more efficient collection processes. Coaches mentors trains and monitors Collectors to achieve improved results and maintain policy adherance.
Qualifications :
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Minimum one year in a call center environment
