You're into sharing a meal or hanging out occasionally and you don't let things stew when something comes up. You should like a clean place, be employed, and not derive the bulk of your entertainment from the T.V. In the end, you're looking to create a home rather than a place to crash and someone to split rent with. I'd love at least a 6 month commitment.

The apartment includes hardwoods, 11ft ceilings, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lots of windows, lots of good vibes, intention, and room to spare. The place feels more like a house than an apartment, it's that spacious.
