Provides administrative support to investment consulting and marketing staff. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Primary responsibilities includes creating and modifying documents using the MS Office Suite of programs. Will perform general clerical duties to include but not limited too: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and binding; maintaining of hard copy and electronic filing system; setup and coordination of meetings and conferences; supporting staff in various assigned project-based work; providing coverage in the reception area as necessary and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Must have a Bachelors Degree and/or comparable work experience in Finance or a related field. Must have advanced experience with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Must have excellent communication skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Must present a professional image in-person as well as on the phone.
