Hey everyone, our lovely and wonderful renters are moving accross the stree to a bigger spot (too much stuff ;). So that means we are looking for one or two great people to move in. Starting asap or Jan. 1st. Spred the news for us if you could, thanks Amber and Justin.

The Inside:
Total floor plan is 800sq. ft. The kitchen has light oranges and cream with wood trim on cabinets. The floor is black and creme composite tile, the walls are finished and there is a large window with mosaic artwork in window well. There is lots of cabinet space. The bedroom is light sage green with bone white trim. There is new carpet, finished walls, two small windows one large window with flower garden outside. One end of the room has a 12 ft. by 4 ft. built in closet/ storage shelves/drawers. There are french doors between the bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom is blue/ green with composite tile floors, finished walls, regular amenities, closet and lots of room. There is a shared separate laundry room. Apartment has a separate entrance. We just remodeled last year with new carpet too!
The Outside:
The yard is huge, 50 ft. by 250 ft. deep. We have a herb and veggie garden, compost, flower beds, big cherry and redwood trees, a fire pit, chickens and an cat (she came with the house). There is a sign shop/ art studio behind the house where Justin runs his business.
Who we are:
We are a couple in our early thirties we bought the house in 2000 and have been constantly improving the space since. We work on our land a lot and are trying to become more self sufficient by growing our own food, canning and such. We like to add creativity and beauty into our space. We enjoy community and have friends over for dinners, backyard barbecues and occasional party. We are social with our neighbors and our current renters are moving across the street. Acoustic musicians welcome.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a person or couple who will be respectful to the space. Has a good level of home keeping values and financial stability. Community minded but aware of personal space and privacy. Is open to having ongoing communication.

Two person $725
Utilities are included.
$500 refundable deposit
First months rent and deposit Due The day of the move, No exceptions.
