Hello,
My name is Ryan. I am 29 years old. I take care of my 4 year old son on Monday until Tuesday afternoon every week. I currently work 2 jobs so I am not home very often. I have lived in all kinds of places with all kinds of people. I can live with anyone as long as they are able to pay their bills on time and have open, honest communication. I studied communication in college so I am very good at it and I found it to be essential amongst those that you live with. The place is not brand new, but it is decent and everything works including the dishwasher and washer/dryer. I could spend more on rent, but I would rather have the extra $ to save and have fun with. Your room is 10’x11’ with a good size closet. The location is great. Its near the intersection of Olsen and GardenHome in sw Portland. Bus lines are a block away. There is food and other shopping across the street. The room will be available mid/to the end of August depending on when my current roomate moves out. Rent will be $650 upon signing a new lease. We could sign for 6,9,12,or 13 months at this price. I would prefer a longer lease in order to keep the price low, but it is negotiable. Utilities run about $75 a piece per month. You would have to go through a criminal check with our landlord...the cost for that is $30. I believe they will not accept any felonies, drug or violent crimes...otherwise you will be ok. I have lived here for 2 ½ years and I love it!
