Manifest’s Weekly Men’s Yoga schedule includes classes two led by Charles Airey that help build and maintain strength & flexibility. .
CORE YOGA on Mondays

Tuesdays weekly, 6:15-7:30 pm

Learn to honor & strengthen your body as a vessel of sacred energy by practicing simple yoga stretches with other men. Accept and explore creating comfort within yourself and with others to feel that energy.

INSTRUCTOR: Charles Airey has studied yoga for about 25 years, became a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor 20 years ago, and has taught in various studios in South Florida & Southern California as well as Portland, Oregon.

You can feel great this summer with 9 yoga classes weekly that are designed to support men of various fitness levels & experience:

- MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-8:30 am
- CORE STRENGTH YOGA, Mondays, 6:15-7:30 pm
- NAKED YOGA, Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
- YOGA BASICS, Thursdays, 6:15-7:30 pm

All classes are sponsored by Manifest, a non-profit men’s wellness community, and are held at our studio near NE 22nd & Alberta in Portland. MORNING YOGA & MEDITATION: learn to establish a daily practice to increase energy & focus, decrease depression & pain, & feel better; Monday-Friday, 6:30-7:30 am Breath Practices & Meditation; 7:30-8:30 am Yoga (asana). Instructor Bart Church, has studied yoga for 25 years & been a Raja & Iyengar-trained Yoga teacher for more than 16 years. Manifest NE Studio.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA & TRINFINITY 8 MEDITATION: learn to use yoga stretching & breathing to address your wellness goals & challenges like back pain, depression, insomnia, weight loss, allergies, etc. We’ll also use Trinfinity 8 algorithmic sound waves & simple breathing & meditation techniques that have helped people experience dramatic improvements from long-standing chronic illnesses (like heart disease, diabetes, HIV, & depression). Wednesdays weekly, 6:15-8:15 pm; Instructor Bart Church has studied Iyengar & Raja Yoga more than 25 years and has taught therapeutic yoga for more than 16 years; Dr. Malcolm Smith, a Naturopathic & Homeopathic Physician, will provide instruction & consultation at this class once a month. YOGA BASICS: learn Hatha & Vinyasa fundamentals (stretches, breath practices, & practical principles) to reduce stress & tension, increase energy & focus, and return to the vibrant flow of your life. Thursdays weekly, 6:15-7:30 pm. Instructor Bryan Rollins has been teaching adults & children yoga fundamentals for two years & seeks to create an intergenerational class. Manifest NE Studio.
