Acrobatic Partner Yoga Workshop with Wren and Morgan 3-6pm
$15-30- tuition (sliding scale)
This practice is a blend of Partner Acrobatics, Yoga and Thai Massage. There are no pre-requisites for this class. Come alone or with a Partner. Come prepared to let go of fears and fly, to relax and connect with others.
